By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:
-Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours (if I have not started production) to make any changes to your item. After 24 hours, I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create. If I have already started working on your tumbler, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

-Please be as specific as possible when giving information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your item. I cannot make any changes once you receive your items if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

-Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of. A speck or two might find their way on there.
